"We used Global Remodeling for a master bathroom remodel and upstairs re-carpeting after some flooding. Jay was highly recommended by the water mitigation company that had assisted with flooding/clean up. Jay and his team were always on time, took care to keep their work space clean, and communicated with me each step of the way. I appreciated that Jay went with me to both Home Depot and Lowe's to choose tile and fixtures for the bathroom. It was very helpful to have an expert offer suggestions on what would work and what would not. I also appreciated that Jay or his son was at the work site each and every day, so that I could ask questions and receive progress updates. They were always respectful of my time and my home. I was looking for a contractor who is reliable, experienced, providing good quality at competitive price. I am very glad I found Jay. After all the works, I need to say that Jay meet all my expectations. At the beginning, Jay is very nice to talk with, check my properties patiently and provided very honest and experienced suggestion. The price was reasonable. During the work, the team worked very professionally, and the result was all good. I made several ad hoc modification decisions and Jay was always able to satisfy the decision patiently. Even there was some new fixture parts that were not fitting to the old element, Jay was able to come back in additional trip and find the right part to finally fix the item.
